Kimberly “Koko” Williams is a fitness trainer helping the everyday woman transform her physique by utilizing free weight techniques that lead them back to the body they once had. Through her practice, Koko aims to normalize free weight training so that all women can feel comfortable, competent and confident when navigating the gym.
Koko has a deep passion for nurturing the self-image of her client’s. She believes that her life’s purpose is to help working women attack their goals in the gym so they can achieve their goals in life. This philosophy was inspired by her own journey to find self. It wasn’t until she began fitness training in 2014 when she set a goal to compete in the bikini division of the North Texas Expo Bodybuilding Competition. This fitness achievement along with many others inspired her to become a certified personal trainer, obtaining her NASM certification, specializing in Nutrition and Free-Weight Strength Training.
Koko strongly believes that everyone should practice safety first while training. So much so that created Balance Lab Wear; a fitness protection gear line that will safeguard their muscles and joints through progressive fitness workouts. While being a mother, career women, and accountability partner for many, Koko focuses her time, energy and efforts on becoming the best Houston personal trainer.
